I have had regular treatments for some time now through the McKinney, TX branch. More specifically Kirk Lewis is the guy that comes every time. Communication is great and if we have any issues he is there within 24 hours of making him aware. I would and often do recommend Terminix to friends and family. Thanks for the great service.

I'm a new customer and have had very bad experience the first technical guy had to get a new one then finally talk to supervisor he credit my account so the morning of my inspection I notice a spider dead so the supervisor said they clean and knock down web so I took pic around 6:50 a.m. got home about 5:00 p.m. same dead spider and all the web there so I been waiting since Friday July 18 for a supervisor to call and yet to get them to call back @owner service date was July 18 2025 if you send a private email i will respond directly to you

Just had my first treatment with Terminix, Jerry was awesome! Very thorough and explained everything to me when I had questions. He also addressed my concerns right away. He was very professional and very nice to work with, definitely 5 star service

Jerry is awesome! He always completes our services quickly, and responds to any additional needs we may have. Always responsive and helpful when we have a pop-up issue or if ants show up after a rainstorm. His service helps keep our family safe from bugs (which my 3 year old appreciates!).

My Terminix representative Mason, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my service today. He provided me with knowledge to ensure that I understood any weak spots or entries into my home for critters. I have been with Terminix for many years and plan to continue my service as long as there are knowledgeable and professional representatives like Mason who I encountered today.
