We have a small apartment house and we’ve been using Terminix for many years. We’ve had the same guy all the time. his name is Andrew. Ive never really bother writing a review about anybody for any services I received, but I think Andrew definitely deserves a compliment . He’s a really nice person and very patient and very cooperative. I really felt his company should know what a good representative that have . I wanted to reach out and let everybody know what a great job he does.

My Terminix Pro, Jan Kim is amazing. His calm demeanor and handling of the situations I call him about at my job keeps me happy. He has dealt with the bugs that think we are their home, to the mice that find holes and tunnel into the building so they sit on our desktops overnight. He handles it all so professionally. Called terminox yesterday and was immediately impressed that they could give me an appt same day with a 2 hr window. They never showed up and nobody called. A half hour after the 2 hr wait, I called to ask what happened. They said, oh I'll call to see if they're *still* coming. Didn't hear from anyone the entire day. This morning at 9 i received a call from the tech and I had to tell him he was supposed to come yesterday. He seemed clueless and indifferent to being a no show and asked if I wanted to reschedule. And this is the way they treat a potential new customer...

We set up an appointment with Terminix and a sales representative, Neale, came to inspect the property and provide an estimate. He showed up on time and was both very friendly and skilled. He explained the services that were available and gave a number of great suggestions. We finally agreed on a treatment plan that included a service called "exclusion." This service involved sealing up all holes in the walls and other places where rodents might be able to get in. An appointment was made for the service and a technician named Martin arrived on time. He was extremely professional and very thorough. The work was very tedious and spanned several hours. Not once did he complain or show signs of fatigue or neglect. He was an absolute joy to work with. Prior to the service we received rodent complaints on a nearly daily basis. It has been two weeks since the treatment and there hasn't been a single rodent sighting or complaint. Thank you Terminix for a job well done.
