Lynn is experienced, skilled, professional, and friendly. Communication is top notch. My wasp/hornet infestation was completely gone by the next morning, as he said. I give him the highest recommendation, and will never call anyone else.

Lynn is a true gem! Pest control? He kills it. Bonus, he’s also a licensed structural engineer. He has helped us with several projects, starting with a closet to bathroom transition in an Avenues Victorian in 2016, helping us determine the best way to repair a deck that was structurally unsound in 2022, and more recently, determining whether or not a wall was load-bearing in order to make a kitchen/living room open concept. He’s honest; upfront, fair, and does a great job with everything he does. I cannot recommend enough!

We’ve had TIRC spray for nearly 20 years. We moved twice and they moved along with us. The absolute best customer care and quality service. Lynn is the nicest and most gracious, helpful person on the earth. He’s watched my kids grow and always asks how they’re doing. We have him spray around the perimeter of our home outside and then throughout the house. We have pets and children—and have been perfectly safe. TIRC gets a perfect score! 100%:10/10:5-star!!!

An absolutely amazing business! If you need an exterminator, use Lynn and his team. They are always on time or even a little early. Bugs stay out of the house for at least 3-6 months. We spray about every 4 months and it works great. They have a fair price and are always kind to work with.

Everything went so well with this company! When I first called the lady I spoke with was so eloquent, friendly and helpful--she helped me identify the problem I actually had rather than take an easy chance to overcharge me (I thought the shed in question had termites; through the company's guidance I found out they were actually carpenter ants, which are far less expensive to deal with). I was able to schedule an appointment for the next business day. The man who performed the treatment was super friendly and informative as well, helping us with other potential pests beyond the ants. These people are so wonderful AND affordable! Thank you guys for your help! 10/10 huge recommendation!
