The owner, Cody, made the whole process incredibly easy to manage. From the initial call to completing the heat treatment, everything was handled professionally and with care. He took the time to explain the process, set clear expectations, and followed through exactly as promised. My experience with Texas Bed Bug Experts was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and truly cared about solving the problem quickly and efficiently. They arrived on time To my house and I seen a major difference since the first treatment I got.

After many diy tries to get rid of these creatures, finally broke down and called in the professionals. We opted for the heat treat, in my book I want to do things one time and be done with the situation. We spent a few hours for two days prepping the house per the company guidelines. Yes we did have to go buy some extra laundry baskets that were breathable, but what’s a few extra dollars to make sure the house is prepped and ready to go for the treatment. Cody and his team showed up early (which is on time to me). He did a final walk through, then they begin prepping. When the task was complete they cleaned up after themselves and left the house and personal items like they were when they arrived. The treatment was on Monday, this is now Thursday. I waited to review until the house calmed back down and got to normal and I could do a thorough inspection of the main area. We haven’t seen a one. Trust the prep process and trust the work performed. Would recommend to anyone I know.

Highly recommend!! I found this company when looking for bedbug help after my tenant reported bedbugs in our rental. I called and schedule a time for Cody to come out to do the inspection, he was very kind and told me pricing and was understanding of my panic about the situation. When he arrived he checked the unit and determined that the property did not have bedbugs but rather it had mites. I really appreciate the honesty and zero pressure from him. Because he only deals with bedbugs he did not try to upsell me or charge some ridiculous price for the time or make anything up. Cody explained everything, was so nice and wrote a report for my records and that was it. Mites are so so much easier to solve and my tenant sprayed to get rid of them. I am so thankful to Cody for his kindness, fairness and efficiency!!
