The Lady Named Jodi who works the phones is so unprofessional and just plain rude for no reason if you don’t like your job then get a new one I was asking questions and it just felt like I was bothering her but yet that’s her job and by the looks of the reviews, I wasn’t the only one that had a problem with her

Just made a phone call to San Angelo fish and game... awful!!! The lady who answered the phone was the most rude person I have ever heard. I called to ask a few honest questions about hunting regulations and licensing...got nothing but snarky rude comments. So unprofessional I just had to hang up before losing my cool.

Ok, i didn't love it, but i called about an issue, got an easy answer. Went to this place, got my permit super easily and everyone friendly. No issues.
