Super fast reply to my call; they worked to schedule an immediate appointment; were great to work with on site, they informed me about everything, showed process when I asked questions, and they took care of a really bad hornet/yellowjacket nest in our wall. I was having an issue with yellow jacket Bees in my yard while I was away. I gave Bug Busters a call and let them know of my situation. They drove to my yard and took care of the problem before I even arrived. PJ was nice enough to point out and other issue and took care of it the very next day as promised. We had thousands of bees in the yard and they were gone within minutes like they never were here before. They also reached out after to make sure that Everything was fine. Very professional and very sincere and trustworthy I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone having any issues.

The exterminator arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I had a large hornets nest in my tree on the front lawn. He exterminated the hornets and removed the hornets nest in no time and made sure to spray the tree so no hornets would return. He was nice enough to give me some valuable information about how to look for potential hornets forming nests around my home and how to prevent them from coming back. This company did a great job and the cost was reasonable compared to other companies I called in the area. I called to get a huge hornets nest off my kids playset. He came the very next day and removed and disposed of the hornets nest in a timely fashion. He arrived when he said he would and was very nice.
