Ladybug is excellent to work with. Josh came out to the house investigated and took care of what we needed and even went beyond the call. We are newer customers of theirs but they are taking care of us like we have been with them for years. We highly recommend Ladybug.

Excellent customer service and quick work! I called about removing an in-ground wasp nest in our landscaping bed, and was able to get an appointment quickly. The options and estimate for service was discussed over the phone, the gentleman (I forget his name) arrived during the 4 hour service window, and bravely put on a bee suit to dig up the nest and treat. Also, appreciate the 30-day window they will come back to re-treat of a nest forms within the area. Great experience and we recommend!

This is a great team start to finish. I had a bat problem in the attic. I hired another company for a few thousand and is was like a band aid. Bats came the next year. I had a few companies quote a solution. Johnny came out to give a quote. This guy hopped around finding every spot they could come in. The other companies just looked and said oh yeah we can do it. Every conversation with each individual of that company was great service and were details oriented. They sealed this house up like it should have been. It’s amazing after a few years these houses deteriorate in a way to house a zoo. Call them. The quote alone gives you a great idea of what needs some help to keep your house just right. After these guys left, the outside was clean. By the way, fingers crossed on the bats. So far so good.

We had wasps making their home under our storage barn, which meant we were being stung every time we got anything out of the barn! Ladybug sent Patrick ( I believe that's correct?! forgive me if not) out to help! He was great; friendly, reassuring, so knowledgeable and BRAVE :). He assessed the situation and we were impressed with the ingenuity and speed he made decisions in how best to dispatch those pesky wasps ~ and it worked. They are GONE. From scheduling to taking care of our pest issue, we are VERY happy customers and highly recommend Lady Bug. Thank you so much for your expert help!

Highly professional and overall great experience. Our technician arrived on time and clearly set up expectations for the visit and answered all my questions. He did a thorough inspection of the house and offered multiple ideas for solutions. I never felt like I was being upsold on anything- he seemed very trustworthy and knowledgable. We signed up for the quarterly maintenance and I couldn't be happier we did that! Definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control.

Always thorough, explain services, definitely need now and possibly future. No pressure sales I have used for years for two times a year bug control ( ants, spiders etc). And several other services (bats in house). Honest and trustworthy professionals.
