Juan went out of his way to show up when a tech could not make it! This was greatly appreciated because there is a lot that goes in to arranging a visit. He took care of placing spikes and clearing the property for pest. He also helped identify areas of concern for future maintenance.

Cesar came in and explained everything depth, including how far the termites spread and the prices per service. He answered all questions we asked. I have been using No Nonesense since 2023. They are a great company. Had major termite problems in our back building. Ruben was professional and the entire crew was great. Just had our yearly inspection this year. Very thorough & again, Ruben was the inspector & did a professional job. He is polite, patient and very good at explaining everything in detail. We have been a No-Nonsense Termite customer for 25 years. The company has been taking care of our pest problems from spot treatments to attic and crawl space preventative treatments. No-Nonsense is a competent and honest company. We have been fortunate to find a pest control company we can trust. Ruben did our annual inspection today. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He inspected the attic, exterior and the crawl space (not a fun place to be!). He took extra care to keep the house clean (he even had a portable vacuum cleaner he used to vac up any dirt). I am happy to report there were no pest problems. I appreciate having pest problems found before they cause damage. Having annual inspections is a good way to find minor problems before they become major.

We've been using No-Nonsense since we bought our home three years ago, and we've always been really pleased with their communication and their work. We recently had them do some repairs to the wood on our pergolas and a couple of spots under the roof that had dry rot. Ruben coordinated everything and answered all our questions - even the ones we didn't know to ask yet. We knew exactly what to expect. Guillermo, Danny, and Jose did the work onsite. They also communicated really well, keeping us updated over the course of a couple of days (exactly the timeline we were given) and cleaned up after themselves completely. When Ruben came to inspect the work, we noticed signs of termite activity that hadn't been there on the previous inspection. He treated it on the spot and reminded me that I could call if I noticed that again and they'd come treat under the warranty. Very few companies actually make you feel like they want to deliver on the service they promise, so I appreciate this one so much.
