VERY impressed with Clay and The Pest Detective. I contacted him and within 30 minutes he had gotten back to me to set up time to visit the house for my free estimate the next day!! I saw results within 24 hours! THAT is what excellent customer service looks like!! He will be revisiting me in a week to make sure everything's going good. His payment terms are excellent. He is very personable and very knowledgeable and I predict this young man we'll go far with his business. He is a LOCAL business and that's important, as I like to spend my money locally. Called the number provided for Pest Detective and got scheduled for quarterly services with my first service the following day! The company is very transparent, they tell you exactly what they'll do, and what's included and payment is also easy. Jeb did our first quarterly service today and he was great! He got a yellow jacket nest that I didn't even know was there, and he said that I can call at anytime and they'll take care of those, no extra cost, it's already included. He was very nice, easy to work with and very respectful of the house and us. I hope to see him again in 3 months for the next quarter! So far, happy to have found this pest control company. Affordable and diligent.

Alex and his crew evaluated our home fairly, recommended the correct treatment options, and provided thoroughly professional work with remediation on our crawl space issues. They were honest, provided several possibilities that would fit our budget and our needs, and were never pushy to sell a product. Had our first spray with The Pest Detective today and we’re so happy we chose them! Scheduling was super easy over the phone, which made everything stress-free. Jeb, our technician, was awesome. He even took his shoes off before coming in — I told him he didn’t have to, but he didn’t want to track in the grass. Super polite and thoughtful. He also explained how the treatments work and answered all my questions. Really informative and friendly. Highly recommend!

We have used Pest Detectives for over 6 months.. they are always prompt, respectful and very thorough. The receptionist always texts/calls to schedule our routine maintenance working around our chaotic schedules. I cannot recommend them enough, between low price, good respectful knowledgeable people and dependability they will forever have our business !
