Very kind and knowledgeable man. Went above and beyond to help us find out where the rodents had entered our house and kept us in the loop with pricing, and didn't want a penny until the job was complete. Would definitely use again if we ever had a problem!

Excellent service , very friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth ! Had issues with mice which seemed to have been coming in from the neighbours house. Dale helped us sort the problem and adviced us what we needed to do , we had caught a fair few ourselves but needed some professional advice and guidance. Dale was super friendly and reasonable priced compared to other companies with a free call out before discussion charges. I did tell him I didn’t care how much just wanted the issue resolving anyway ! Mice seemed to have gone ( fingers crossed) but if they return will definitely be getting back in touch with Dale.
