From the beginning: told us they would send us different quotes, only received one. Tent came off a day after they installed it. They broke an outdoor lamp in our porch. An “insurance roof tile charge and they didn’t even provide picture. 3 stars for customer service. Would not recommend this company for termite tenting.

We had a great experience with The Termite Guy…Tented our home…fixed our damaged wood and repaired our roof tiles and previous leak. I highly recommend. Mike came out to finish up the roof! He was fantastic! Great Company!

I had the best experience with Nikki Tichy and Dave Lichtenwalter! I worked with Nikki to set up my inspection appointment and approve the work to be done. She was so helpful and quick to respond! Dave was right on time to our appointment and walked me through expectations and what damage he was seeing throughout the inspection. The work was completed swiftly and was completed on a day and time that worked well for our family. The two workers were so polite, swift with their work, painted the area beautifully, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend The Termite Guy all day!

The Termite Guy did a great job. They inspected the house for termites, provided heat treatment of the attic, replaced the termite-damaged wood on the outside of the house, and chemically treated all accessible wooden parts to prevent further infestation. The new fascia boards look better than the old, with the paint color perfectly matched. We are especially grateful to Manny for his expert work and friendly attitude.

Very unhappy. Hours after the tent came off, "black webspinners" were still on my wall.( He thought they were termites.) He has no answers. I cut him a check so that I dont have to deal with him again. I am out almost 2 grand. Very unhappy. Funny how your guy said they were termites before the tent went on. I was told, "Anything that needs oxygen" will not survive the tent. At no point was a solution offered. I am supposed to believe the termites are gone... I have my doubts

We were assisted by Nikki Tichy from The Termite Guy 3x this year to tent our vacation rental homes for termites. Nikki was very helpful when making Accommodations for our unusual schedules. As Airbnb hosts, we have tight windows between reservations and their offices did everything possible to ensure that the job was completed without having to displace our guests. I think most importantly, not only was the job completed, it was completed on time with no issues, and with a very helpful individual who not only assisted in the preparation, but also the reentry process. I would recommend their team to anyone and have to our clients already.
