Must express how professional Mathew was in explaining the procedure and how long it would take. He looked thruout the house and explained that we didn’t need to leave the house, that the chemicals used were not dangerous to us or pets. His quote was also very reasonable and we were pleased with it.. Jonathan and Chris were also very pleasant and polite. They did there job with no mess and picked up after they were finished. We had our house tented and upon returning we found our triple panes sliding door lock damaged and one of the outside sliding screen and track wedged and damaged. I contacted Erika, the company representative, sent her photos of the damage and she had a person by the name Victor call me back. He claimed they didn't do any damage and would not do any repairs.
