Thomas Pest has provided incredible customer service during my experience with them so far! I met Kevin S. for the initial estimate and he was such a sweet man; knowledgeable and kind. Greg B. came to install the bait stations and I had an equally great experience with him. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and he was great with my dogs 🐕 🐕🦺 (Which is always a plus!!). The people who answer the phone and schedule the appointments are very nice as well. Very helpful. I also think the service price is reasonable. 10/10 would recommend 😌

Recently, a Thomas Pest technician Steve W. came out to service my home. Within three minutes my husband had a serious accident in which he cut deeply into two of his fingers with a hedge cutter. The technician immediately ran to his car obtained his first aid kit and wrapped my husband fingers as the 911 operator suggested until the emergency services arrived. Steve W was awesome in his response to our needs, I was totally grateful for his presence. After my husband was cared for by medical staff Steve W began his work on my home. He was kind, focused, patient and throughout his service. He discussed with me what he was doing, how the tools he was using would help my situation. I was impressed with his ability to get the job done and care for my home like he did my husband. I am totally satisfied with the service he provided to my home and grateful for the care he gave my husband. He actually helped to save his two fingers. Thank you Steve W and thank you Thomas Pest control for having such a gentle and knowledgeable young man on staff. We will forever be thankful for his willingness and gentleness to go beyond the call of duty!

Joseph came for our initial service. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain everything he was doing and he took time to make sure our home stayed clean while he worked. Joseph was very thorough and we were very happy with our initial service. I would recommend Thomas for pest control.

Michael came to do our initial set up service and spent multiple hours being very thorough. He checked many areas of our home that other pest control companies have never checked. He worked on finding any entry points that needed to be secured as well as placing all bait stations, etc., in key places in order to make sure pests will be completely taken care of. He was very professional and friendly and a great communicator of what he was doing, and why. We look forward to having Thomas Pest Services keeping our place free of any future pests.

Jason did an awesome job with a bee’s nest removal. He was respectful and kind. He asked me for my permission before doing anything and even put back insulation in the attic while he was up there. I was very glad that Lucas connected me and for the customer service o recorded from the whole team at Thomas’ Pest Control!

Everyone I have spoken to is very nice and seems like good people. I don't believe this place is intentionally trying to scam people, but I do believe they are poorly run and do give off red flags of this being a scam/shake down. Had a very nice man named Kevin come and inspect the home in June. He went through my whole house and showed me all of the signs of mice and insects. Where they might be getting in and how they treat them. We agreed to a price and set up a service contract right away. I was billed at the time of agreeing and billed monthly from then on. In September I received a text message stating that I owed $318. I called right away and was told it was for the rodent harvest which I agreed to and paid at the time of my initial payment. At the time, I believe I was told this price to be $125 and that it was paid. I was told they had a signed agreement for this fee that they could send over. I also mentioned having someone come out to collect a dead mouse which I was told someone would contact me to collect. I received the agreement, but it was not signed. I called back and was told a supervisor would call me. I never received a call back about the collection or the fee. I received another text a week or two later and again called back. Was told a supervisor would call me. I did not receive a call back. I called back on Tuesday 10/21 and spoke to Katie because the smell from my attic is awful now. Now they were offering to cut the fee in half to $150. I mentioned how it should be $0, as I believe, or $318 as they believe. All I need is proof that I agreed to this fee and it was missed by mistake and I would gladly pay and if not, then I should not be responsible for this payment. I was told I would receive a call back later that day to schedule service and go over this issue with a supervisor. I again received no call back. On Wednesday 10/22 I received a text from Kevin (the initial service sales rep) and he said he had the recording of our conversation and would send it over to me so I can see I agreed to these prices. I said great send it over. I then never heard back from Kevin and never received the recording. Called back today 10/24 and spoke to Brian. This was the first time I found out that my service had been cut off and they would not be sending someone out until I paid the balance. He again told me a supervisor would call me back. I did finally receive a call back from a supervisor, Luca. He accused me of trying to get one over on them. All I am asking is for some proof that I agreed to this fee. I have been told several times they have proof and would send it. They have still never sent it. Ultimately I caved and agreed to pay the $150 fee because I can smell the dead rodent in the attic above the room where my newborn twins will be sleeping next week and I need it removed before they stay in there. To me this is just bad business and short sighted. They let me go over a month with no service without letting me know that they had cut it off due to the past due balance. I called several times and was only notified of this today 10/24. I have heard every excuse from them. We moved offices, our supervisors are away and must have forgotten to send, we had your email written down incorrect, etc. The service seems good and everyone that has come out or I have spoken to has been pleasant so this is all very unfortunate. They have lost a customer who would have kept their monthly service going for years over $150 dollars and a lack of organization on their end.

I was late for my appointment with Steve W and he stayed and was very gracious. He set all of the traps as defined by De'Mere and was conscious of wearing booties on his shoes while walking around the house. Being in the construction business that means a lot to me. Thanks again. Andrew

Steve did our initial first time service. Because he had to spray for ants we had to leave the house for several hours. He reported that he filled several gaps inside and out and set up mice traps. We’ll be getting routine inspections so that’s good. Steve was very polite and communicated well what he was going to be doing.

I had a pest control appointment today with Evan and I was extremely impressed. He was on time, very polite, and incredibly thorough—he inspected everything and explained each step so I knew exactly what was going on. It’s rare to get service this attentive. Highly recommend Evan!

Detreck was prompt, pleasant and extremely professional. Kept me updated on progress and was very efficient in getting the work done. I paid for year round service, so they will be back to track and address any other issues.

I would recommend Thomas Pest Services for their professionalism and courtesy. My technician, Steve Williams, was patient and thorough explaining the reasoning behind each of his tasks, and he was very personable and pleasant with me and my dogs. Admittedly, I was anxious about this whole experience, I find mice particularly unsettling, but Steve was a pleasure. Thank you.

Starting with the call center rep Chris , Thomas gave me the 5 star treatment. He did a good job of letting me know what service would work best for me. Matt is fantastic, went above and beyond even in the freezing cold weather. He mentioned one of the companies core values was service above all and he really embodied that trait! As he was finishing up he let me know everything he did and what to expect over the next few weeks and it really put me at ease. He also did a great job of recommending trimming vegetation back to help prevent rodents from being attracted to my home…10/10 can’t wait to meet the next technician Thomas sends my way.
