We have really liked our service from Thorn Pest Solutions, and have really had AMAZING service from the service tech, Jacob Bryce. He goes above his job, he always lets us know when he's about 15 minutes from his arrival time, friendly, and great to work with. We have been pleased with his work & with Thorn Pest.

FINALLY!! We finally found a pest control company who cares. Thorn Pest Control sent out their technician, Mark Schaffner, and let me tell you we are highly impressed. Mark is an excellent example of someone who cares about his customers. He arrived with enthusiasm, listened to our concerns and addressed each item as if it were the most important thing in the world. We are grateful to Thorn Pest Control for sending out such a caring, knowledgeable, compassionate individual. We have tried the rest — and we feel we have FINALLY found THE BEST. I had them come out for a respray because I was out of town when they came for my regular service. They scheduled me right away and Ash did an amazing job retreating the areas he couldn't get to because I was gone. I'm always very happy with my service from Thorn. Ash has been my tech a few times and he is always attentive to detail and listens to all my concerns.

Roy was fabulous. He made certain every inch of my foundation was sprayed. I showed him where I had troublesome places where I couldn’t get rid of hornets and he did extra treatments to deter them from coming back. Super nice and thorough.

Quentin was so helpful and friendly. He made sure to do a thorough treatment to ensure pests stay away. We appreciate his amazing customer service and his commitment to taking care of our pest control needs.

The office always calls me and sets up a mutually agreeable appointment. When an issue arises, such as need to change date / time the office staff is courteous and always works things out as I request. The on site bug spray workers are courteous, clean and are responsive to issues / spider locations that are explained at time of service. The workers do and though job of spraying and look for areas where spiders are likely to enter or be present.

Be warned you will spend hundreds of dollars a year for sticky traps and bug spray that doesn’t work. EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the service. I had intially called for issues with mice. I was told a whole treatment plan with weekly visits for three weeks and a treatment to stop the mice. Come to find out their entire treatment plan is to POINT at an entry way and say this needs to be sealed and then lay some sticky traps down. They refuse to put poison anywhere. And when you need them to come back for another ‘treatment’ it’s to simply look for more entry points and to put some more sticky traps. The bug spray was an added bonus and even that didn’t work. Weeks after they sprayed I killed four spiders in a single morning yet it’s supposed to last an entire quarter. The tech himself was very kind and professional but the company, their policies and the product as a whole is wrong. Ive had other companies in the past do a more effective job and buying some poison and traps at the store is a lot cheaper.

Travis is absolutely incredible! He is very knowledgeable and always has a solution for any issues that come up! Seriously so grateful for him and all he does to ensure my property is taken care of!
