I just got my first follow up treatment after my initial treatment. I had an ETA window of 8am-12pm. I received a text around 8:30am letting me know my technician would arrive around 8:55am. Alex showed up on time with a smile on her face. She confirmed what I was getting treated, which was the inside and outside of the home. I am working from home today and Alex was very respectful and verified all rooms in the house were available to be treated. She then let me know when the treatment was complete. Great experience!

Wonderful sales and marketing staff he explained everything well. Great system with emails of contract and schedule. Everything the sales rep told me was accurately depicted on the contract. The technician that came out was polite, kund, respectful and thorough with his work. Explained to me each step of the process and what to expect. Wonderful staff you all have.

Very thorough job! Great inspection to detail the work! Much care was given to ensure that all areas of the house and yard were taken care of!!! Very friendly staff. I felt like they were taking care of their own home! Very respectful of the property and friendly and easy to work with! Knowledge of the situation was well displayed by staff! Their service and care was over the top compared to any other pest company! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
