My neighbor, Tony, told me about this company a few weeks ago and told me if I ever had a pest problem, to contact Titan. Never thought I’d have a pest problem until I found a yellow jackets nest on my deck. I told Tony about this and had referred me to Sean with Titan. Sean came out and successfully removed this hornets nest in his bee suit.. and did it on a Sunday morning. Could not have been happier with this service. Highly recommend this company!

Shawn and Nathan treated my house as part of Titans household and wildlife protection package. They carefully explained what they were going to do before doing it and made sure to check with me before treating certain areas of the house. Additionally, they helped seal and repair some of my siding that had popped out. Overall, Shawn and Nathan were respectful and really took the time to explain their process which help set me at ease and allow my family to feel safe in our home from potential wildlife encroachment.

J came out to inspect our home and was extremely knowledgeable about both the sprays and the pests. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns with patience. Our yard was treated with a natural spray, which was very important to me. As Affton residents, we were happy to support a local company, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them!

I discovered around 40 bats inside our attic vent. I contacted Titan for an inspection. Sheryl was very helpful and courteous in setting up the inspection and estimate to remove the bats and install outside screening to prevent bats and birds from nesting in the vents going forward. I also asked for an exterior pesticide treatment to be added as well. Shawn was professional and thorough in explaining what they would do. No hard sales tactics - just professional advice. Shawn/Nathan and Tony arrived on-time and completed the vent work efficiently. They were friendly and explained exactly what they did and that I should have no future issues. The work looks great. I especially appreciated Shawn warning me that I should keep our dog off the grass until the pesticide was fully dry as it could be absorbed by the dogs paws when wet. The billing and payment process was efficient and easy with Sheryl following up quickly on any questions I had. Overall I rate my experience with Titan 5 star because every employee I worked with was prompt/efficient/experienced/ and the quality of work exceptional. I will certainly use them in the future. I had a great experience with Titan Pest and Wildlife Solutions. Scheduling was incredibly quick — they were able to send someone out the very next afternoon. Brandyn was the technician who came to my home, and he was fantastic; friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the treatment process clearly. I appreciated his thoroughness and the care he took with the service.

The technician Brandyn was very friendly and professional. Told me how he would address the underground Yellow Jacket nest in my backyard and told me what to expect. He even gave me some information on how to get rid of the spiders and other past around my home. He was very personable and just really easy to talk to he even showed me how his phone work he had the neatest phone and was able to conduct business and assure me that my past problem would be addressed. He is so great at his job I signed up for a full year to have Titan Wildlife Solutions to come out and address my issues so thank you for your friendliness and professionalism. It really goes a long way

Today Calvin provided the treatment on Titan's second visit to the house. He answered all of my questions in a clear and respectful manner and I now understand the products and our contracted service better. I told Calvin that he should have been a teacher because his explanations were so concise and direct. Great company so far!

Shawn was awesome. He did a great job. He treated my yard and the interior of my house for general pests. My house have no more spiders and the exterior have fewer mosquitoes. He also did wildlife proofing in the attic. He's very professional the entire visit and friendly. The cost was reasonable.

Brandyn was very nice very friendly he done a great job at looking around and getting me to understand, and keeping me updated with everything that was going to happen and that's going to happen, we have raccoon!! Soon to be gone ,, thanks to titan!

J was very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying the source of our vole problem and finding the service that was right for us! Shawn came out for our second treatment. We appreciated all the communication of all he had done for treating and preventative care. All in all we are pleased with our services from Titan! Everyone we worked with were very nice. We appreciated them coming out and looking at our problem. Instead of just offering an expensive annual care package for our house, over the phone like other companies. They made it easy for us to understand and they were very knowledgeable.
