Aden and Kirk came today to address a hole in our fascia caused by a woodpecker. Both of the guys were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure we understood their process and the 3 steps they suggested to solve the issue. We were able to choose any of the steps or all in order to address the issue. I liked that this company was willing to do Step 1 (install one way door) and would allow us to hire our own handyman to repair if we wanted. I also appreciate that TLC allows for humane removal unlike some other companies. We opted to have them complete all 3 steps because the price was right and I was so impressed with Aden and Kirk. I know it will be completed the right way with them. So far, I’m 100% happy we chose them. They will come back in a week to complete the repair once they are sure the birds have relocated. Highly recommend this company!

Had a family of five squirrels chew a hole into the gable of my roof and set up shop in my soffit. TLC did an awesome job. Came out and inspected inside the attic to make sure they didn't get beyond the soffit and installed a one-way door so the little guys would get out but couldn't get back in, and then a week later came and repaired the damage. Super friendly, happy with the finished product. Thanks!

These guys are professional, honest, on time, and they offered the best solution with the most reasonable price. I called 5 different places to take care of our problem with raccoons in our attic, and I’m so thankful that I chose them. They go up in the attic to give you an estimate. They come up with a plan based on the situation. They care about the animal and your house at the same time. They explain every single step. I can keep going with the positive points. Raccoons are terrible neigbors when they move into your attic! TLC is the best business to turn to for expertise in solving the problem by providing an affordable and humane solution to the issue. The raccoons moved out and cannot return after repairs and exclusion measures were put in place on my home.

I had a great experience with TLC from beginning to end. TLC is a one of a kind company that offered humane solution for my squirrel problem. They really care about the work they do and are SO EASY to work with. Heather did an incredible job intaking the issue and I was able to handle it all through text- which ruled. She had me scheduled for an inspection within days. Kirk came around for the inspection -- right on time, and swiftly surveyed the problem. He is incredibly knowledgeable, does his due diligence (with plenty of pictures!), and was transparent with his findings / recommendations. Kirk is a delight to converse with-- you won't feel pressured by any slimy sales tactics, and he answered every question & concern of mine kindly. The solution is a perfect balance of what is right for both their customer & the critters at a reasonable price. Within a week, Heather had me scheduled for the repairs which were able to be completed without me being home. The text message statuses were very much appreciated as it gave me auto updates based on how far along they were in arriving/completing the work. You can tell TLC has invested in some great backend solutions to make things easy & transparent for their customers. Grateful for the owner --Adam-- who offers this humane option in Columbus, and for the caring staff members who are passionate about carrying the mission; as well as protecting homes. I truly appreciate the TLC crew! It was horrifying hearing scratching at my fireplace, but TLC responded quickly, the crew was thorough and comforting, and problem was quickly diagnosed & solved. And their comprehensive inspection ruled out other potential issues. The whole process was professional (great communication) and reasonably priced. I hope i won’t need to call them again (!), but wouldn’t hesitate to ask for their help if needed
