Tom is great! I had a quickly growing hive with so many honey bees on my apricot tree. Tom came out promptly and removed all of the bees and the hive in a safe and humane manner. He is very experienced and caring. Now hundreds of bees have been saved and relocated to live with new bee friends happily doing what bees do best! Thank you Tom!

A nice older man answered the door. I asked for honey. He brought out a deep amber glass jar. I wanted to support a local beekeeper, but Tom's unkempt appearance was a turn off and would stop me from getting more from him. In going for change, i realized that Herbally Grounded was about a mile away. His honey is good. But everything, taken into account and appearance is JOB #1. CatyK LV

I had a horrible experience with a bee keeper recommend to me in north Las Vegas. I recently noticed I had a bee problem on a shed I just had built a couple months ago. I didn't want to exterminate, but save the bees. This man showed up, probably should have been retired. Needed several things from me, took the bees in a garbage bag, and a box he had asked me for. I had no idea that's what he was using it for, as I was in the house away from the bees. He then needed help to take the box to his truck. By this time I was already devastated and confused. He tried to tell me the bees have been there longer then 3 years when I barely had the shed. He asked for an additional charge which I paid so he could just leave. He left me a mess of struggling, and dead bees I had to clean up. It was a nightmare I was living and I couldn't stop crying. This man needs his business closed and not to be recommended ever again. I have had multiple people tell me to leave a review. I paid him $400 to save them and I believe he did the opposite. I’m completely devastated. Do not hire this man.

Sadly Tom is limited by his health issues. That along with some sketchy methods and what should have been handled a month ago is still something I’m dealing with. We have a bee hive on the second story of our house but when he came to remove them, he didn’t even use a ladder. He stood on the ground and used a long extension on a shop vac and long handled scraper. I had my doubts that he actually captured the queen and I was right. There are just as many bees today and they have rebuilt comb almost to the level it was before he came. I’m now looking for other removal services because of my lack of confidence that he will resolve the issue. He even used a photo I sent him in his Google profile without my permission! I sympathize with his health issues, this is not the business for him anymore.
