On behalf of Gatineau I want to say we've been really impressed with the service provided by Total Pest Control. Nathan, who has been attending our shop, has been incredibly flexible and professional throughout. He’s given us clear, practical advice on how to deal with the issue effectively and safely, and his support has made a real difference. Highly recommended!

Absolutely dreadful service. Spent more time phoning & emailing them; made a pest issue last over a year and spread further into tbe house. When they finally did what we asked & what they were paid for- the guy basically told us it wouldn’t work! Fantastic!!! Honestly, don’t waste your time, they lie about what they have & haven’t done, drag their feet actually doing the job. Plus, I recognise at least 3 reviews on here with 5* are their own employees!!! Says it all really!!!

Problem with a wasp's nest. Contacted Total Pest Control Didcot, booking process was simple, very pleasant helpful lady took payment over the phone and said a technician would contact me direct to arrange appointment. Couple of days later received a call from Nick who came and dealt with the nest. Good job well done, I'd used them again.

The actual service engineer was fantastic but the customer service is really rubbish. I paid their invoice when it arrived even though they said I had to the end of May, today I received another invoice saying that I had not paid, on contacting them no apologies just told to ignore it and pay the quarterly bill, which I had not received yet, what a cowboy operation. They have made a mistake and expect me to sort it out.

I contacted TPC due to the good reviews I saw on Trustpilot. I suspected I had squirrels in my loft (they are plentiful in the area where I live). However the technician who made the first visit didn't agree (and neither did he inspect the loft space thoroughly) but put down some rat bait and left, a visit which lasted less than five minutes. The next week was a similar length visit only for him to tell me there had been no activity despite lots of scratching and scuttling around. At this point I expressed my concern to TPC who then sent another technician and granted an additional visit FOC. Continuing to pursue the rat option even though squirrels were visible outside, more rat bait and traps were laid. The final visit today confirmed by initial suspicion of it being squirrels. So I spent £210 and four weeks for TPC to confirm what I thought. I have raised my disappointment but the technician was told to offer me an apology. Complete waste of my time and money and now concerned about the amount of damage the pesky creatures are doing to my house. Only wish I had been more diligent in reading the Google reviews as I am not the only one to have experienced this type of service.
