I was really looking forward to helping local business but this place isn’t it. I had the exterminator come out for the initial spray and he was very nice. I few weeks later we kept seeking bugs so we called back and tried to get a respray. I called a spoke with a lady and she told me she’d call back when she could fit me on the schedule. I called back in two days because I hadn’t heard from her. Mistakes happen, no problem. The next time I spoke with her, she gave me three options. Two options didn’t work, so I picked the third. I get a call saying that the exterminator is at my door...but it’s the wrong day. I called the lady and explain that to her and she told me she’d call me back when she could fit me on the schedule. Two days went by so I called back and a man answered and proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t keep sending a guy on a respray and me not be there or else I’ll have to pay extra (like it was my fault or like it has happened multiple times). He was really rude. I’m really, really disappointed this didn’t work out. Taking my business elsewhere...
