Hi there! Overall a positive experience from getting a bees nest taken care of on my home. Only issues is we had some cable on the roof around the area that was serviced that got knocked down in address the rafter where the bees nest was. I would appreciate a follow up and honest effort to leave this area as it was found.

We reached out to Town and Country to discuss what we might fit our needs the best. Kelly was extremely helpful in discussing the packages that they offered and super helpful getting us on the schedule for a time that worked for us. Matthew called the day before to let us know precisely what time he would be there the next morning He was very prompt and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and how. He took such great care when working inside the house. I cannot recommend Town and. Country enough. If your on the fence about getting it done or just thinking about it, just do it, you won’t regret it.

Scheduling was very easy and informative. Jeremy called before our appointment time to let me know his timing and was very accommodating. Great extermination follow up by nick and Scott and let me tell you something those technicians was by far the best. There were friendly and took there time applying as well as explaining things to me at the same time. They also have a great sense of humor. Town and Country have always done great job for many services I've had (bees and mice). They come quarterly for mice control. Pavel is terrific and knows his stuff. Lisa is nice to work with on the phone. Highly recommend.

From my first call to T&C Pest Solutions Inc. speaking with Kelly, to the final visit by the technician Pavel, I felt lucky to have found this company. I could tell that Kelly really listened as I explained my "critter" situation, answered all my questions & gave me a lot of helpful information- she was very friendly & personable. Pavel- also personable & friendly, (and kindly patient with my indecision early- on) is Very knowledgeable & Professional. After a thorough inspection in & around the exterior of the house, Pavel showed me all the areas that needed addressing & explained to me how he would- remove the offending critters & - fix those areas to prevent "critter comeback"! He also showed me the cameras & equipment he would set in place, how they work & even gave me an estimate of the timing it would likely take- for removal & repair of entry points- including an addition to my garage door- who knew he did carpentry, too?! He also called ahead EACH time he was going to return to do the next step in the process, and even a few days of rain & cold didn't deter him! Mission accomplished!! Such a relief to have this problem solved- wish I had called sooner! I can't Thank Pavel, Kelly & Town & Country enough, and will not hesitate to call on them in future- if need arises. Inspection was thorough. Lorenzo did a great job closing any entrance points and providing barriers to keep bats out of the attic. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. Ethan came and inspected space for cleanup solutions once the bats leave in the spring. We were very satisfied with the information and service received. We would recommend them to anybody needing pest control.
