Trappro, came recommended to me to deal with an squirrel problem.The service was good at the beginning and it should be when they want your money. So I went with them thinking they would get the job done and they didn't. They just set up this outside trapping program ( meaning they set traps on the outside of your house so when the program is over, they don't have to come in your house to get the traps). This program lasts for least two weeks. The problem is the squirrels never left my attic to go outside lol. That was 5 days into the program. I was able to catch up with the serviceman that comes by everyday to monitor the activity to let him know the squirrels are still up there In my attic running around. He said it takes time for them to come out I said ok fine. Another five days went by and they still are up there smh. So this is the kicker after the program was over. They packed up their traps on the outside, which is the purpose of not putting it on the outside. So they don't have to knock on your door. The Serviceman didn't say nothing to me. No communication nothing. Didn't even check to make sure all the squirrels are gone. I felt like I was robbed for a service undone. Stay away from TRAPPRO. They left the job unfinished and they took over $500 on my money. They are supposed to be professionals. At end of the day they are not. I have to retract my WORDS..Trappro address my concerns. Steve Is very knowledgeable at what he does. And he should be with 30 years of experience He came through for me in every way possible way and he wasn't stopping until the job was complete. I can't say enough about this company. Only to say TRAPPRO is the company you want to solve your problems. I think all of technicians that came out to address my concerns. And Joe, went above the Call of Duty to help rescue my cat from the roof. I appreciate all of you guys.

I have had mice frolicking in my house for many years. My husband and I were determined to find their entryway(s) ourselves and spent a lot of time examining areas and using stainless steel fabric and other methods to keep them out. It didn’t work. Meanwhile, a smart friend of mine kept urging me to hire a pest control company to help out. But not wanting to hire a company that killed animals was important to me – no way was I going to support any killing which would not solve the problem—mice would keep finding their way inside. Exclusion is the best solution. So time went on and I discovered one of the major mice entryways. But alas, I needed help with further exclusion. I choose TrapPro because finding and blocking entryways is one of their specialties. The estimator/inspector George, who was quite nice and knowledgeable, laid out exactly what work would be performed based on where mice normally gained access. He was just fine with me doing the follow-up live trap and release myself. The techs who came to do the work, Joe and Duke, were efficient and incredibly skilled. They did all the work outside my brick house: They secured about 155' of rakecover (roof line) with caulk, screened the gable vents (they were screened inside, which I ignorantly thought was enough), replaced my dryer exhaust vent, sealed under the side entry deck with aluminum, replaced existing putty with silicone around all the air conditioning and utility lines—and more. Whew, it was a lot of work and not inexpensive. But the techs did amazingly great work – everything was neatly caulked and screened. I couldn’t be happier with their craftsmanship and how it all looks. But did it block the mice entryways? YES!!!! The mice were definitely coming in from the roof gable (I was outside and saw one trying to get out of the house) and they seemed to have been using the dryer vent, too. I caught and safely released six mice in the two days after the exclusion (using live traps and a motion sensor camera) and then that was it. No more activity. I am still incredulous that I no longer have mice getting into my house. I highly recommend TrapPro for professional and effective exclusion work!

Everything went smoothly from my initial contact to the completion of the work. Now I can relax knowing mice won’t be accessing my roof. A special thank you to Joe Stewart for risking the cold temps to work on the roof in this freezing weather. I highly recommend Trappro, they’re the best.

Trappro were absolute lifesavers. After a year of our other pest company not being able to solve the problem, Trappro came, surveyed the issue, and laid out a plan to explore and fix the problem. That plan included a smoke test, and cutting holes in walls if they had to, but that plan worked and they solved a rat problem that had been plaguing us for years by discovering an uncapped sewer pipe in the wall that we didn't know about. Lifesavers and best money I ever spent.

Had a really positive experience with Trap Pro this morning. They were able to schedule an appointment at my property with one day's notice and the technician showed up right on time and dealt with an issue that three other companies were too afraid to tackle. They were very transparent with their pricing, communicative, and prepared with all the necessary equipment to deal with our pest issue. While I hope I never need their services again, I would absolutely call them again and recommend them without hesitation.
