John arrived in time, assessed the situation and laid down several drops of poison in the two locations we noticed the ants. 🐜 Within an hour they were flocking to the bait and in 24 hours or so were crawling back and forth to the bait from the nest. After another day we noticed they were all gone. They had completely disappeared from our sight and we are very pleased with the results. John promised to return to check on the situation in a week. Route 05 Sheila was the absolute best! She was very professional and thorough. She explained everything she was doing and recommended appropriate services. Within a couple of days I noticed my pests were eradicated and I have seen any others since. Absolutely A+ for Sheila and Travis!

Met Jake today for the first time who is will be our permanent technician since Jackie retired (congrats Jackie). Jake was very nice and personable and we are looking forward to getting to know Jake as we did Jackie. Thank you for your continued great service.

Jake has done a wonderful job at solving our horrific problem. Thought the price was reasonable. Jake is very polite and takes time to explain what has to be done. He is always on time and is flexible with appointments. Great job!

Shawn is AMAZING. He is the best technician. He is not only knowledgeable, but able to communicate and explain in a simple way so that I understand any issues or problems and also the solutions available to me. Shawn is also very caring and kind and I hope to have Shawn servicing my home for many many years to come.
