After realizing we had some sort of critters in our attic, we called and from the first conversation, it was clear we were in good hands. Ben was not only knowledgeable but also deeply respectful of the animals and the law. We found out we had a colony of baby brown bats, and Ben explained why they couldn’t legally be removed yet. Instead of brushing us off, he gave us a detailed explanation, walked us through our options, and offered several proactive ways to prevent future infestations. He was professional, compassionate, and incredibly generous with his time. He does his job with integrity and heart - qualities that are hard to find these days. We've had them out twice to deal with pest concerns. The first time was to keep squirrels from building in our gutters, the second was removal of a yellow jacket nest off of our roof. Quick to respond, explained in detail how they would handle each situation and thoroughly executed that solution. Very friendly, very professional, prices are reasonable, and will be our go to for any wildlife removal in the future. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

What a fantastic company! Bought a home this summer out in Youngsville, only to discover we had at one point, had bats. Freaking out about these critters crawling around, up in our attic, we called Triangle Wildlife Removel and soon after, Derek, the coolest dude in North Carolina shows up, introduces himself, gives a full tour of our property, explaining everything and easily answered 100+ questions with a smile.
