$750.00 TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT?? DO NOT give these guys your credit card! I thought my contract was for a year? Turns out it’s July 2025 to Feb 2027. Tricking people or taking advantage of their lack of knowledge to get them to sign a bad contract does not make the contract fair and forcing them to do treatments that don’t work is bs.. Making people pay for something that clearly doesn’t work is wrong. $300.00, 2 regular treatments and 8 complimentary in 2 1/2 months and I still have ants. Is that much poison good for my home and yard? I’ve got poison drooling down my windows and I had to dig up and toss all my sunflowers for an ant infestation after 4 treatments. Now they expect another $300 to treat my yard twice in the middle of winter. If their stuff doesn’t work in summer what good is it in winter? Check out their reviews on social media, yelp or BBB.

I was scammed into signing a contract. The smell of their products made me sick every time I went in my yard. After two treatments we had worse spiders than ever before. When I cancelled the service they demanded payment of 75% of the remaining contract. I have had debt collectors hounding me for the money. I asked about their service on our neighborhood Facebook group and heard similar stories from multiple neighbors. Please spread the word. Do NOT sign anything! and do not do business with this company. These photos are of some of the spiders. I think they are Huntsman spiders. Found a few of them inside our house and they were all over our yard. Our dog ate one and was lethargic for a day and half. Before trying TriGaurd I used simple products from Zamzows and they kept the spiders mostly at bay. With a medical issue, I was unable to do much myself and I fell for the lies of the sales person. Please, heed my warning and do NOT do business with TriGaurd!

They sprayed our house when we weren’t home. We got home 3 hours later to find that they left both of our fences wide open! They had to open them to get in the back, and didn’t bother to close them. We have dogs that they could’ve let out. Not impressed about that. But good service other than that.

Justin was great! He told me all about their services and was able to fit me into their schedule the next day and work with me to make it affordable and fit into my budget! Then the tech came right at the scheduled time and was very efficient. The manager even reached out afterwards to make sure I was happy with the service which I was. Overall a great experience! I’m happy I chose TriGuard Pest control! 10/10 would recommend💯

Noah came to our house yesterday to help us with wasps, spiders and various other bugs. He was amazing and went in our crawl space as well. Went all over outside of house, along the fence, grass areas, shed removing spider webs and other things for us. Very few wasps flying around today. First time we have used TriGuard and I'm excited to see what else they have for us. Noah was such a thorough, professional and nice young man. I felt bad he went under house but I sure wasn't doing it. Said he didn't see anything too bad. Give them a call as this company seems great.

In general you did a pretty good job. I did notice a few places where there was spider webs that was missed.

We had an escalating problem with both ants inside the house and persistent spiders around the perimeter that no amount of DIY treatment seemed to fix. Our gates to our backyard are pretty janky. The guys at TriGuard always get them closed perfectly. They know I have a dog and it means a lot to me that they take such great care to make sure they're closed. They also do a great job keeping me informed even though I don't usually see them. I work nights and sleep during the day. Thanks so much for all the hard work that you do!!!

We’ve been using Tri Guard for 2 years now and have been very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness & effectiveness! Anytime they’ve come out for a routine service or additional service (per our request), they’ve been very thorough and the pest issues have been drastically or completely resolved! So far we’ve had the following technicians come out and they’ve all been wonderful: Nate, Zackery, Jaksen & most recently, Kenny. One simple but VERY appreciated thing they’ve all done is take a couple steps back as I open the front door. This shows me a high level of consideration for my comfort and it does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend for anyone in the Treasure Valley!

They came same day! That was nice. We are hoping to see a difference inside and now that I know they can treat inside garage, I'll be requesting more.
