My first experience with the company involved me reaching out to multiple companies at one time due to ants. TruForce was the only company to respond to my email and include an exact price. I moved forward with them so that I didn’t have to spend all morning going through the process of getting other “estimates” since TruForce had been clear and upfront. They were able to come out within an hour same day. Our technician, Will, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He also took time to explain the process of what he was treating and what the spray was and would do. They also have great prices. What was going to be a one-time service turned into a quarterly service agreement. He presented their packages with kindness and zero pressure. Definitely a person and company I felt like I wanted to support. I highly recommend.

William made signing up for service easy. he showed on on time with a great smile and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He explained was being sprayed in my house and the products he used, he was very knowledgeable and kind. Great work!

Updated 5/20/2025: I’ve used TruForce for nearly a year now and am still happy I found them. They’re always so nice and ask if I have any specific concerns in addition to regular service. All around great company!! Previous review: They’re always so great, I’m glad I found this company! I have service every other month but I always forget what day it is on, so I’m really glad they send me a reminder a day or 2 in advance. I’ve had the same 2 technicians since the time I started using them, and both are so nice and respectful and always check in to see if I have any new concerns. I highly recommend them!!

TruForce Pest Control always provides great service.They communicate well and their technicians are friendly, well informed and always follow instructions. I like getting a text before they get there to give me time to lock my dog up.
