I wrote a great review about TruGreen a couple months ago. Now I am upset that my grass after the last service looks terrible. I watered as I was supposed too. I do not have worms in my soil. It’s worse in some areas. Not happy at all.

Roland, the technician today deserves all 5 stars. He was very respectful and understanding of my concerns. Although he is arrival time was 30 minutes past the appointment window times, I appreciate his listening to me and showing me that I matter. TruGreen as a whole has been a hassle, there has been lots of miscommunication & misunderstandings from the very beginning, with technicians not relaying information back to their supervisor and myself not being told all I needed to know about all the services that were available to me. My recommendation to TruGreen would be to visit every new client before services are provided, so there is clear understanding between both parties.

Shawn really listened to our concerns and did an amazing job while spray-fogging our property for mosquitos and pests. Shawn showed a lot of attention to the large and small areas. Great job!!!

The service was very well done. Kevin Bailey rang the doorbell and briefed me on what service he was providing for the yard. He was courteous and polite and did a great job on our yard. I am very pleased with the service provided.
