There is an old idiom that I think is appropriate here. Yard appeal is curb appeal. Whether you live in a rural or urban area lawn appearance should be important to the owner. When the outside of your home is neat and green it makes a very positive impression on passersby and your own quality of life. TruGreen contributes to that quality of our life. As the result of their mosquito program we were able to sit comfortably on our patio and enjoy nature.

I don't have the time to treat my lawn, but after two years of having my yard damaged by TruGreen, I called my local service provider Aaron to cancel the contract. I've had hoses and extension cords run over by aerator equipment when they showed up unscheduled, and all of my gutter extensions are flat from being run over multiple times. When they did that damage, they left the property mid treatment and left no notice. What kind of company runs away from a mistake rather than owning up to it? TruGreen, apparently. Thankfully, I had it on security camera footage and got them to replace what they damaged. When they came back out to "fix it" they just went around the perimeter of the yard and said they treated the full yard. I nearly canceled after that in Fall 2022, but gave them another chance. There was some herbicide overspray damage in 2023, but after more substantial overspray this spring I canceled my contract - or so I thought. After canceling, they still showed up and treated my yard without authorization. After multiple calls, I finally spoke with Alfreda, who was helpful in crediting some of the charges, but not all. I received another bill this week, and my calls to TruGreen keep getting "disconnected" when I'm trying to get help to have the remaining bill canceled. Avoid this company at all costs - you'll spend just as much time dealing with their damage as you would have spent treating your own lawn!

Ryan was very observant and noticed I overseeded. Then did dry fertilizer and skipped weed killer for now. Also did behind shed and out to road on side. Very happy with services.

Had some issues with the service for awhile now. Was ready to find a different company. Today Paul with TruGreen came out to assess the damage to my yard. I am very happy with the results of that meeting and they will be doing a full maintenance to repair my yard. Thank you Paul and TruGreen.

Nathan is my specialist and he rang the doorbell and Nathan spoke about the treatment he would be applying on Tuesday and also assured me that the treatment He was applying would take care of the Dandelions that were trying to creep into my lawn via my neighbors on both sides of me.
