I am so glad we chose Truly Nolan to help us with a rodent problem at our home. Our situation was challenging as we live in the woods and just to move about in the environment with ladders and equipment was not easy. But all of the people we met from the beginning to this point of the process have been so friendly, kind and competent and the problem is on its way to being resolved. I feel we are in good hands.

Signed up for service, the service wasn’t great, and they tried to sell me expensive additional options… In a completely unprofessional man . I called and canceled my service… now I’ve received a bill from collections for three months of service. Upon calling multiple times, I was told that this charge was for the next quarter of service, And since my service was canceled, they would take care of the fraudulent charge. . Multiple people on the phone said they take care of it, but no one has and I’m still receiving collections notices… Such bullshit. Go elsewhere.

I just had David Craig come out to my home to do liquid termite treatment. I’ve noticed them swarming in my home, not in large numbers, but noticed lots of wings, dead termites, etc. When David showed up he was professional, polite, and got to work quickly. He answered a lot of my questions, gave me more information about what to expect treatment wise, and remained calm and collected throughout the visit. All in he took about 4-5 hours, doing liquid treatment all around my house, spot treating the kick out holes from termites that I had identified and he had found, and spraying my detached garage, and finally underneath the home in the crawlspace. He was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire visit. I’d definitely recommend David Craig as a service tech and will absolutely be requesting him again. Doug Akers also was a huge help in not only doing the initial inspection, but helping to facilitate the process so that I could receive treatment quickly. I called him on a Monday and he got me in for the schedule that same Friday, even during their busy season. He spent time explaining things to me on the phone and in person and was not pushy, wasn’t dismissive, and helped me feel extremely comfortable in moving forward with Truly Nolen for this service. I’ll update this in 60 days, when the liquid treatment is supposed to take full effect on how well it has worked and what others can expect.

All interactions with Truly Nolen staff have been better than expected. Our technician John Hill has been professional, courteous and a consistently excellent communicator. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I’ll come back and give the fifth star when we finally stop catching rats in my attic!

We've been using Truly Nolen for a few weeks now, so far so good, Andrew is our Tech and he has been helpful in getting our home treated with great knowledge and kindness, and calls before his arrival, Thanks Andrew! .. My husband had to reschedule an appointment we had, and it got scheduled promptly with no problem, it must of been a day Andrew was scheduled off, they put us on another Tech's schedule, Tony came out to our home, as he was friendly and knowledgeable as well along with a phone call before his arrival, Thanks Tony! Both very Professional and respectful! my husband and I appreciate it , Thanks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
