I had the heat treatment a few months ago and Davidson came out as part of follow up and service covered in warranty. We had a big problem and little by little we're getting it addressed. Davidson explained signs to look for when there's activity and asked us not to hesitate to call if we see more activity. Very satisfied they're here for the long haul to getting the termite issue resolved .

I'm a new customer. One technician showed up on a Saturday during terrible weather, so he was unable to do the outside, which was understandable. However, there were zero notifications of when and if someone was going to come back to complete it. The first technician told us that he wouldn't be back ad he was pursuing to be one a fireman, go him! However, no one had reached out to me about the outside, or who, or when the new technician would be back out. It's just been one time, but there hadn't been any improvement in lack of ants.. better communication would be awesome and an improvement in lack of ants would be even better
