Warning: Terrible Service and Incompetence! We've been loyal customers of Truly Nolen Davie FL for over 20 years, trusting them with multiple properties. Recently, we faced a severe termite issue that they've utterly failed to resolve. The first technician they sent barely spent 15 minutes on-site and did absolutely nothing. The second visit was marginally better with two technicians spending 25 minutes, spraying a token amount into one hole, achieving nothing. Upon calling to escalate the issue to Charles Jentzen, the supposed head manager, I was promised a callback that never came. After relentless follow-up, another appointment was scheduled, only to be informed later that day that no further appointments were available for the entire month—utterly nonsensical! Truly Nolen Davie FL has demonstrated either gross incompetence or a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Their inability to handle basic pest control needs and their abysmal customer service deserve the lowest rating possible. I'm compelled to give them 1 star and will be escalating this issue to their headquarters. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and money. Because of this, I am canceling all of my contracts with Truly Nolen and giving my business to one of their competitors who actually values customers and knows how to do their job.

Anton is an absolute pleasure. He takes pride in his work and genuinely cares that his customers are happy. Great technician!

Careful inspection by Mark DiSessa—learned a lot and will take next steps. Very glad we called. Follow-up… A week later—and Anton and Latasha did a thorough treatment for ants. They were professional and stayed late to be sure everything was taken care of for us. I’m very happy with my service and the friendly and knowledgeable techs who have been here in the last week.

Luigi came out and sprayed our house. Found where the ants were coming from and fixed the issue. Would recommend to anyone having any problems. He’s great at his job and very professional. A pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend this company. They are excellent, with wonderful service. But most importantly, I want to praise their representative, Michael,from davie who is the most professional there is. A wonderful person with outstanding service. He always listens and handles every issue thoroughly. He always arrives on time, solves any problem, and, most importantly, is a delightful person.
