Chris Johnson provided outstanding service when treating our home. He was not only professional and thorough, but also incredibly respectful and friendly throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his follow-up visit before a big event we were hosting—he made sure everything was taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about bugs being a nuisance. My neighbor’s house was the location being serviced, but I did not appreciate him partially blocking my driveway. He’s also illegally parked in front of the fire hydrant. If your technicians are not going to utilize their client’s driveways, please instruct them to block the client’s driveway, NOT their neighbor’s.

Had 2 techs show up. One to do a review and the came later to treat the house. Neither went into the attic to inspect and as far as I know , no termite treatment happened. For the money that was paid, I don’t feel I got the personal service that this company was recommended to me.

I needed a company asap, because I was heading out of town later that day. I called 5 different well known companies and Truly Nolen was the only one that could guarantee same day inspection and service. They showed up for an inspection within 2 hours and had a technician there by 3pm. Very impressed with their response time and service.

We had a problem with drugstore beetles/ or some people call pantry beetles. We already had an existing service with another company. I will not mention. They came out three different times trying to remove the pest. From one pesticide to another The issue remained. I finally applied diatomaceous earth. The Beatles stopped showing themselves.. but, a different bug appeared. So we called "said company" and they finally said that we needed to do an entire treatment of the house like you would If you had termites. They identified these new bugs as carpenter ants. Which I knew right off, they were not. Their quote was $1,500. I had enough of this company so I decided to call Truly Nolen. They sent out their service coordinator Jesse R. He immediately identified the new bug as a little black ant. I asked Jesse what can you do to get rid of it? He looked me square in the face and said you can treat it yourself with an ant bait. My jaw dropped. Their business ethics completely took me by surprise. They didn't make a sale on this trip, but trust me if I need pest control in the future I'm going to call Truly Nolen. Thanks, and thank you Jesse. Whatever they're paying you, it isn't enough. You are definitely the man.
