In Short: Alex Sigman performed a rat & squirrel exclusion, on the home I'm renting, yesterday. He did the entire 1600 sqft house in just under 4 hours. John Chumlee did a termite treatment as well as laid a new vapor barrier under the entire crawl space also in just under 4 hours. Both clearly enjoy what they do and considering I know nothing about this sort of work, I learned a lot from shadowing both of them. Long Review: Full disclosure, I have no idea what I am talking about when it comes to the quality of the work that was performed. I'm making my review based off my perceived effort and work ethic of the technicians I interacted with. I'm a renter with Firstkey Homes and Trunorth was contracted to perform a rat & squirrel exclusion as well as a termite treatment. The inspection had a few issues, but I was able to get everything ironed out with Alex, the technician, and the general manager, Anthony. I also had a third party inspection done by Northwest Exterminators who gave me a rough quote of $2800 and a 4-man team working a 4-hour job. Alex Sigman single-handedly did the entire home, and I was shadowing him the entire time trying to understand the process, in just under 4 hours. If anything, I slowed him down by forcing him to stay hydrated and asking questions. He made a custom door for my crawlspace as well as for the upper cavity crawl space. According to Northwest's estimate, he did the job of 4 men, while also dealing with me battering him with questions about what he was doing and why, in less time. He also pointed out to me 4 structural issues with the home that I will need to bring up with the property manager. Extremely impressive work and I can attest the crawl space door is solid because I rammed my head straight into it, not thinking that it was a little smaller than the previous. It didn't budge an inch. John Chumlee performed my termite treatment. He dug a full trench along my foundation and had to redrill the holes in my foundation from a previous tenant. While digging the trench, John invaded the home of some yellow jackets, but luckily neither he nor I were stung. By the time I finished mowing, John had completed the entire termite job and was replacing the dirt and pine needles. I then intended to shop vac the garage because of the ring of dead ants around it, but he had already done that. When I asked him about it, he said it's just the right thing to do, to clean up after himself, but he cleaned maybe 10% of his mess while 90% of it was mine, so that's well beyond the standard of care. He also took the time to stop and thank me for having served in the marine corp. I have no suggested changes for Alex or John. They were both exceptional, well-informed, motivated, and considerate of my many questions. I would suggest that Trunorth please update their website. The chat function doesn't work and should be removed. When you go to the "Areas We Serve" page and click Georgia, then your city. It shows you the office location, work hours, but no phone number. Please adjust those pages to also include them or simply have it so when you click on "Atlanta Georgia" or other cities, it redirects to a standardized contact page that shows the GA office, address, work hours by day, and contact number. Further, the "Contact Us" page seems extremely outdated. Googling most of the offices on that page do not come up as registered to Trunorth and while phone numbers for the offices are included, the work hours are not.

Let me tell you about Daniel M. at TruNorth! Daniel provided excellent service with kindness, patience, calm reassurance and professionalism! He removed a nice size hornet nest outside of the home with bald hornets that were scary for me so his calm and skillful experience was much appreciated! He politely welcomed and answered all of my questions, was informative, consulting, not salesy, and gained my trust as a goto person to call! I was sure to spread the word with the entire neighborhood and HOA. Kindness today goes a long way, and he delivered great service!! He is someone you want on your team! Thank you Daniel! It's clear why you're due that promotion!

Benny came out to inspect and provide a termite letter for us to complete the sale of our home. We are currently under contract with another pest control company, but that didn’t stop TruNorth from being kind and completing our request fully. From the receptionist to the technician, I was extremely pleased. Once we move, I plan to move my business to TruNorth. I am so thankful for their speedy service, professionalism, and overall customer service!

Cody was amazing. Really did a great job. He was very kind and polite. Explained the service being provided briefly and completed the job without any need for my involvement. We even had a brief conversation about my child and he was so understanding and relatable. He really helped me make sure my child is safe and sound from pests. Pretty cool guy. I bought a house and one of the terms was to have it treated for termites. The previous owner didn't have pay, so now l am getting a bill. TruNorth never had a conversation with me, they just started billing me without a written agreement or anything! You should have gotten payment from the previous owner! Lousy bad business! Not to mention there is a no trespassing sign and some of the containers in the ground are broken, so stop coming to this property!

Do not use this company unless you want your money stolen!! I believe this was racially motivated for stealing my money without providing service and I will be seeking all options available to get my money back and ensure these thieves are held accountable. On October 29th I received an initial inspection for bed bugs. The guy came and confirmed they were bed bugs and told me he needed a card on file but that the office would call me to schedule the service for treatment and that no payment would be processed until the day of treatment. The next day, Oct 30th I do not get a call to schedule the service but this morning on 10/31 I see on my bank statement that they charged me the full price of the service on the 30th but I have NOT received the service nor have they even called me to schedule the service. I have included a screenshot of their own contract and on #4 it says “Payment is due on the scheduled service date upon completion of service.” Yet they stole my money without even scheduling a service! I called them this morning and person I talked to on the phone Samantha was smug, rude and offered no explanation as to why they stole my money without providing me service. Why I feel it is racially motivated is because by the terms in their own contract it states that payment is due upon completion of service, so did you think as a black person I didn’t have the funds and you charged me?!?? What was the reason?? Please go elsewhere. They are thieves!! We ended up canceling and have found a different company
