Love working with TT! They have timely, detailed communication and always keep you in the loop on what’s going on, what they found and what they did in their service summary emails. Super friendly team - Aric is fantastic and manages the moles traps and applications and keeps my yard free from mole holes and tunnels. I worked with Tuff Turf for a few years now (mosquito control, mole and vole control, yard applications and core aerations) and they have been fantastic. Do yourself a favor and get a service contract in place. Hire them! Hire them now.

Taylor did my very 1st fertilizer application that had already decreased the amount of weeds that are in my lawn, and it is starting to green up a lot. He did a great job 👏 👍🏿 🙌 Hes also gave me alotbof tips of how to care for the lawn better!

They seem to know what they are doing. We are about half way through their mole buster service and have made progress but when I ask any questions, I do have to say they can be a bit standoff-ish and really dont go out of their way to help, accommodate schedules, or answer questions. I was warned about this by a few of my neighbors but when the previous company I used was so unsuccessful (though very nice and accommodating), I went with Tuff Turf. Ive had multiple interactions where they seem to be very curt and annoyed if you ask for more information of any kind. Again, they do seem to know what they are doing but friendly they are not. I wish they cared more about customer service.

Great service from the team and we saw immediate results. Well worth the money as the team is consistent in eliminating the moles and voles in our yard and garden. I like it that they monitor regularly and stay on top of the issue. We got a great deal too. Would highly recommend them.

Great experience with the exception of trying to schedule. Since I overseed in the fall, I need my aeration to be done early. I know you have an area and that determines your scheduling, but that makes it very difficult to meet my requirements for my lawn. It worked out this time but last year it did not. Other than that you guys did a great job.

I met Tom, the mole buster and together we reviewed the possible tracks that the moles were taking. He set more traps as a result, and we found 1 vole and 1 mole. He appreciated participation from the customer.

They may be good at moles but know going into it that they will not stop texting and emailing you (basically forever). I did business with them years ago and have asked them to stop emailing and texting me many times to no avail. They seem to be under the impression that if you tell them no for one service they can start hounding you about another service. NOT COOL.
