We have had such a great experience with Gavin from Turner Pest Control! He always shows up on time, communicates clearly, and is very professional. One thing that really stood out to us is his honesty. He found a $10 bill in our backyard while we weren’t home and made sure it was placed in our mailbox, even sending me a text to let me know. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone so trustworthy, and we truly appreciate him. Thank you, Gavin, for always going above and beyond!

This guy was just on the Selmon Bridge PURPOSELY slowing down traffic he almost caused 3 wrecks AND was littering!!!!! The behavior makes me believe he was Drunk. Do better it’s 8:45 in the morning !!!

Had a technician call to say he's on his way for his annual renewal. I told him we sold the home and we do not need the service as we don't own the home. He went and supposedly conducted the service at the property and sent us a bill. BEWARE

The company is dishonest about their services. If you decide to cancel, they will send your final bill to a collection agency. I received an email confirming that my account was closed, but I still got contacted by a collection agency regarding the bill. Be cautious about what you sign.

Ali was amazing! Very educational and a great listener. After weeks of failed attempts by other technicians, Ali was able to resolve my concern with just one visit! Now, I have peace of mind. I highly recommend him!
