We had a great experience with Twin Termite. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. We forgot to remove a few things from the home beforehand and they saved our Girl Scout cookies! We had one small issue where they had to remove a few deck planks to cover the house and when they replaced them the screws did not match at all. They were very responsive and came the following weekend to replace the screws to a color that matched much better.
