I'm been a customer for over 30 years. They have always been professional, prompt, and courteous - always very friendly. If I've had an additional pest problem, they were very prompt in dealing with it. They've taken good care of our house. Well worth it.

I called from a corporate location- asking if they could come and diagnose where our bees are coming from at a childrens facility. They are in our pool area not from right outside to inside the building. They offered NO help. Said I could look outside and see where they are coming from and I wouldnt want to pay them to look. If it was that easy I would have known to do this myself. The guy on the phone had NO customer service skills what so ever.
