Called for an appointment to get an assessment of potential services which was a $149.00 fee in advance (seemed reasonable). Scheduled it for 1pm but things didn’t work out on that day. He got tied up with the previous job and ran later than usual. He would have been done around 3pm. (The inspection I was receiving would take about 2 hours) It didn’t seem worth the hassle of waiting around for him to arrive later so I asked for a refund. They were more than willing to do the refund but went even further to set my mind at ease for the inconvenience. Needless to say I asked for my money and ended up rescheduling for another day. The initial first two customer service calls I made to schedule the appointment were very satisfactory. Despite all that transpired and rescheduling the end result was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to the next to weeks to see the final product of the work that was done. (Carpenter ant treatment inside, pest treatment for the outside, along with carpenter bee spraying outside).
