Once signed, an appointment date was quickly arranged. Mike and James arrived promptly on their scheduled dates during the week, and answered all of my questions. They were both very knowledgeable and informative, and were successful in removing the pests that were causing damage to my roof. Gilmer and Ultra Safe were incredible. We had an emergency in our daughter’s bedroom where a hole in the wall let out hundreds of yellow jackets (thankfully only mom got attacked and not my daughter). He found a 20lb nest in the wall and 800-1000 yellow jackets!!. Within hours the problem was taken care of and I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend and will now use them for annual maintenance.

The woman who came, arrived late. We paid $395 and she didn't figure out where the problem was coming from. She only identified that our outside problem was carpenter ants and that our contract with Terminex was indeed keeping Termites out of our property. We have a very bad moth and gnat problem which I have myself been treating with sticky traps and they are catching hundreds of them but not eliminating them. The inspector did not identify exactly where the problem was coming from - just that they looked like clothing moths and food moths, and plant gnats. She didn't think they were drain gnats but I'm not sure she knew. I was very disappointed in her visit. She observed and commented on what I already observed and knew. Lauri Wolff

Everyone we spoke with was helpful and guided us through all the information and questions. They also answered questions about safety and helped us figure out the best solution. Ultra Safe was very prompt and up front about my Wasp issue within my home. They came back when the weather was ideal for treatment rather than applying it when it was originally schedule in rainy conditions. They checked my property thoroughly and are very fairly priced in comparison to other quotes that were 5x the price in one instance, I would recommend them and will use them first in the future for any issues we have.
