I've had two wasp infestations in the past 2 years around my house and Halil was quick to respond (same day), and in both cases was able to effectively control and eliminate the wasps in one treatment. Highly recommend!

Thank you United! I found evidence of Termites and I was terrified what that might mean. They are pretty gross and destructive. I knew this wasn't a job I could do but dreaded the damage I was looking at. I randomly googled an exterminator here in Westchester because I was panicked and needed someone super fast. Not only did the owner Halil immediately answer the phone, (so nice not to have to play phone tag!) But he had a lovely calm demeanor which not only kept me relaxed through the anxiety of having to explain my problem, but immediately he scheduled a treatment within a few days! He came on time, was courteous, and was clear about fees and has successfully started the first treatment. I am happy to have Halil finish this job with ZERO issues! Thank you so much - also it is worth noting that it is really satisfying to know I am supporting a family - one owner business... the only way small businesses thrive is to give a reliable, non giant corporation entity a shot at proving they are just as good if not better than the big shot companies! Halil is the best of the best! We found dozens of carpenter ants in our house, our former exterminator wouldn’t come out till the following week, but not Halil we called and within the hour he came. Not to mention it was also after working hour. He is thorough, educates his clients and uses the most effective solutions. I’ve had to call United Exterminators on more than one occasion to either schedule or reschedule appointments due to my travel schedule. They has always been helpful, friendly, understanding and very nice. For my initial visit, United Exterminators came out to take a look and set everything up. Service Technician was nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it came to answering the questions I had. Trust me, I had a lot of questions but They took the time to explain things to me so I can better understand things and my situation. It gives me great peace of mind to know these are the people who will be periodically be check in on my home. Highly recommend!!

Halil is a life saver. I have an annual contract with another pest management company (NOT United Exterminators) but last fall they couldn't help me with an overwhelming Spider Cricket problem. Halil and United Exterminators came the evening I called and stayed late into the evening to ensure he got it right - which in the matter of days I problem vanished. Halil just serviced my house in anticipation of the fall spider crickets and I'm at peace knowing he is on it. I also plan to cut ties with my current pest management service and lock in a contract with Halil and United Exterminators, that's how happy I am with their service and customer service.
