Scott has been excellent to work with. He is professional, punctual, and thorough with each visit. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and answers any questions, which makes the process easy to understand. I really appreciate his attention to detail—checking problem areas carefully and making sure everything is treated properly. He is also respectful of our home and pets, which gives us peace of mind.

Unfortunately I have to update this review. While the inspection seemed good, Brandon told me on site that he would have an estimate to me “in a couple of days”. After over a week and reaching out to Universal by both phone and email, I have still not received any estimate, or any response to my messages, so we have to go with another company (even if we weren’t put off by the lack of follow through) in the interest of addressing our issue expediently. If you only want someone to look around and give you an opinion, universal might be fine, but if you’re actually interested in getting work done, this one might not be a good fit. Brandon was polite and knowledgeable- he did a great job thoroughly explaining all the options and helping us get to the source of our issue. Definitely recommend his expertise!

We are incredibly pleased with the service that we received from the professionals at Universal Pest & Termite. Our Lead Inspector, Jimmy Lowe, spent a tremendous amount of time explaining options, procedures and desired outcomes. Over the course of several weeks, Jimmy made sure that our service stayed on track, answered all of our (many) questions and was 100% responsive when we contacted him. On one occasion, he grabbed a ladder and went out in the rain to take a closer look at our roof! Jimmy's professionalism and reassurance was equally matched by the skill, timeliness and work ethic of the workers who took care of our attic. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Universal and know that our house is now in good hands.

David Shafer was very professional. He came out an did a full inspection. Then we came up with a game plan to combat my pest. I set up my contract which was simple and straightforward. And I really enjoyed my experience with David. He was very informative about the pests. Thank you David for all you help!

We had our scheduled treatment today (10/23/25) and I was very pleased with the tech Scott that took care of us. He was on time and extremely polite and conscientious of our needs and concerns. He was also very personable!

I had called Universal for a complimentary inspection too look for a possible raccoon in our attic. We had one when we first moved in and were concerned it had come back… Jimmy came out and he did a full assessment. He was efficient and professional and we were so happy to find out the raccoon had not come back. There was a previous stain coming through the ceiling and he told us how to handle it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any concerns!

My technician David Shafer was really great. He understood what I needed and worked with me on the price to help keep me in budget so I can take care of my forever home. He is honest and fair. I would recommend him very much.

I wanted to thank you all for coming to install insulation into my attic. Today, 11/20/2025, my husband and I had your company come to do this for us and two men named Larry and Alex came to our house to do this. My husband was home when they first arrived & he had to leave for some of the time they were working. I felt very safe with them working so that is very good for you to tell other women. We appreciate that they told us they were glad to answer our questions so that was nice to hear since I don't know much about insulation. Thanks again for doing this for our house and we appreciate this job. They did an excellent job and it was nice to have them clean up when they were finished.
