I had an excellent experience with this company. They came out immediately to close off 3 openings were birds and squirrels were entering. The owner was professional and set clear expectations about the scope of work & cost of labor. I definitely recommend this company.

Nugo was pleasant to deal with. He took the time to assess the situation and was able to capture the culprit. I thought it was a squirrel but he know based on the ruckus the culprit was making that it was a bird trapped between the kitchen and dinning room wall. The bird entered through vent. He also sealed the entry way with a mesh so no other birds can accidentally enter. Highly recommend Nugo to others.

Incredible service. Professional. Friendly. Quality work. I called Nugo at 9am because a bird had died in my fireplace vent and was stinking up my house. I also had some birds on the roof and was concerned about possible damage. He showed up at 1030am - and was able to completely fix the problem. It’s rare to find someone who takes care of your house like you would. I will not hesitate to call him again in the future!

I had pigeon problem with my courtyard and balcony at upper east Manhattan. U.S.Bird control company was wonderful. They responded promptly, they were attentive to my problem and provided excellent service with in very reasonable price. They installed net over the courtyard and installing bird spikes on window ledge, I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this company to everyone with similar problem.
