Bunch of crooks. Signed up for two visit service. Called them after 6 weeks for the second visit based on the recommendation from the tech and they said I had only 30 days to call back according to the fine line on their service agreement. They wanted more money for the second visit. As a property owner in West ridge I try to give the local business a break but honestly these antics make me want to avoid local businesses all together.

We've used A-alert for 3yrs now to get rid of and prevent wasp activity. Two other companies couldn't control the issue but they did! Our regular guy was Sam and he and the team are great!
