Had a 2:00 appointment.He then he only texted me around 5:00 that he couldn't make it that day. He said he would show up the next day. Then on the next day he never showed, never called and never texted. Then 5 days later he called at 9 am to tell me he is about 10 minutes away to treat the bedbugs. He hadn't even given me a estimate. Also I noticed that they only have a 30 day warranty. I have checked and there is places that have a 1 year warranty. I know that with that amount of disorganization. I certainly will not let them wander about my house

My neighbors and I have been looking for another pest control company. Our previous company kept raising their prices. I met Keaton while he was in our neighborhood. He was able to beat their prices with no "hidden" costs. He was very thorough with our first service and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommended! My mother owns a duplex property with high termite activity. Damage was evident and moving super fast. We had tried other businesses that would not answer or would not show up for scheduled appointments. We called Vast Pros and they were there the same day. Jordan was great! Walked through the property, evaluated and returned with a plan/quote the following day. Within 72hrs we were scheduled for fumigation. There was an open line of communication and he helped us through the whole process. Affordable prices and great customer service.

They were on time for the work and went way far and above. The job entailed a bit more work then anticipated but they completed it and stuck to the original bid. The crew was very knowledgeable, hardworking and thorough. Jordan and Keaton are really good guys and you can trust them to be straight up and give you an honest bid. I heard what sounded like rustling in my unused furnace vent- was concerned a bird or animal was in there, and if so, wanted it removed asap. Tried a couple of other well-known services, and either they didn’t provide that type of inspection, or else it would be like a week or so wait. Saw this company’s good reviews and contacted Jordan. He came out the very next day. He went up on the roof, confirmed that the vent was properly closed and that it was just birds that were handing out at the top and their noises were echoing in the vent. Big relief! I appreciate Jordan’s quick response to my request!
