The service was top tier great ! Recently bought a new home and was experiencing my first winter here and I noticed little foot prints coming to my yard. Requested Venpro Pest Solutions to come out inspect and quote what they are able to do. I obtained the information through family who have used this same service before. The responsiveness from this company is great, I did not had to wait too long and very professional. Inspector came out walked through my home and the property, gave me insight and explained to me what they see. Breaking down what has to be done was thorough concise straightforward with no questions really. Masks were bought on site and professional equipment. I highly recommend contacting them and having them come out to first hand experience the great service they provide. Have not heard the critters in my home since.

Extremely happy with the services venpro provided! Not only were they able to come and do revise services for us on such short notice they took their time to make sure the job was well done. Gilberto was very professional and very knowledgeable, I appreciated the fact that he continuously throughout the job kept explaining to us everything and answering any questions we had. I have a baby and a pet at home, and therefore I am glad that they were able to take care of the terrible roach problem there was in my apartment when we moved in while still making sure to still maintain the home safe for my baby and my fur baby. I recommend venpro to anyone, you will not be disappointed, I am so grateful I had my home treated by them , it has been a few months now and I have not seen a roach, they all disappeared about 2 weeks after venpro performed the services to get rid of the roaches. Absolutely wonderful service and top notch work ethic! I unfortunately found out that I was experiencing a rodent problem in the basement of where I am currently living and was unsure of who to contact in needs of service. But luckily I was able to reach out to Venpro Pest Solutions and in no time they were able to assist and thoroughly help with the issue at hand. I enjoyed their conversation aside from going through what needed to be done step by step. They are incredible at what they do and will for sure contact them again when needed for any rodent issue I may have in the future!

Gilberto did an amazing job with our cockroach problem. He was super professional, polite and very educated. He explained very well our problem and helped us get rid of the roaches in no time! They were gone in 3 weeks !! Super friendly staff , and very much helpful. I would highly recommend to other peers.

I can honestly tell you i will use no other company, Gilberto the exterminator was professional, very knowledgeable, punctual and wasn’t trying to just tell me or sell me anything. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and he took his time doing his job. I had a problem after the fact and Gilberto came back to my house with no questions asked!
