Our great family owned pest control sold their business to Ventura Pest Control so we were forced to be their customers. It was downhill from the beginning. Less personal, less courtesy when a technician arrived. Just got bills in the mail and no communication. Final straw was a technician showed up without alerting us, never rang the doorbell so we could keep our dog from going outside and started "spraying" a few areas in our front yard. Never went to the backyard. Spent about 4 minutes on the property, which was verified by our security cameras. Seemed to have issues even driving away. Immediately canceled our account and visits. Never heard anything from Ventura. Then, edited together a video with multiple angles of the techniican's service so owner called to apologize. Still got 2 bills in the mail following that so had to call and tell someone to close our account and we're not paying. We paid over $100 per visit! Never would hire this outfit again.

Jeremy did an excellent job! I really appreciate the time he took to knock down the spiderwebs because there was a lot. Also, he text me before his arrival which gave me time to put my dogs inside. Thank you for the great work Jeremy!

I have been using VPC for over 3 years on a quarterly basis. They always show up on time and do a meticulous job of spraying. I have experienced no pest problems while they have been spraying.

Greg was very kind and personable. Worked quickly! He also gave me some great tips.

Marquees is the only person I will ever use. He is the most thorough technician at Ventura Pest. His attention to detail is bar none.
