We had our initial service with Vertex today and Adam was our technician. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and paid close attention to detail while treating our home. This pest control company is a class act company. They have the knowledge to preform pest control services through out treasure valley. The service people are very professional and very good conversational with us clients. The company must be well ran by the owners because the service techs are happy with their job. A happy service tech makes a great service tech for there customers.

Tim did a fantastic job! Very personable and professional. Found and terminated a gigantic nest of yellow jackets. I was so impressed I’m considering signing up for the program
