Today Alex came out and did our service. Vertex always takes great care of us. They are so accommodating and flexible with getting us on the schedule for service. But besides the products working really well, is the incredible staff they have. So far we've had Melody and Lorne and they are always a joy to have but today we got Alex and he was such a breath of fresh air. My husband and and I were so impressed with his knowledge on things we were asking and with the advice he gave us. He had such a great personality. Thank you!

Dylan was super friendly- walked me through each part of the process and answered all of my questions about pet safety, and placement and drying times. Amazing service so glad that I found this company! There was even a referral program where my first service was Only $1! I signed up for a one year service agreement and I’m so excited to get rid of these Elm seed beetles!

I've used Vertex for several years, but now have a new house and grounds that seriously needed critter control. Sean Edie is our technician and he is awesome! Competent, explains things, lets you know what he has found (wasps and giant black widow spider), lets you know when he will be arriving and is a really nice person! He did our first all-house treatment and came back today to deal with my gopher issues. Vertex is a family-owned business and it shows. You can always get someone on the phone and you get detailed information on the service they have provided. I recommend Vertex highly.

The technician was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He was able to answer all my questions and provide me with info I didn’t know about. During his service he was able to locate a potential pest entry points and notified me. Over all great experience and great results.
