Every service person I have used for Vertex has been courteous, friendly and very upbeat. Melody was wonderful and let me know when she had completed the service and all that she had covered. Her beautiful personality reminded me that she had been to my house before and hopefully she will be again.

Cody was my absolutle favorite tech we’ve ever had! Love him! Also, did such a thorough job. We love Vertex. They are so wonderful to work with and their product is superior to any other treatments we’ve had with other companies.

Cody with Vertex did an amazing job today. I mentioned the possibility of wasps in my shrubs, and he confirmed there were definitely wasps there and took care of that problem. He also checked the remainder of the house for nests and any other pests and issues. He also did the inside of my garage. He was very thorough and extremely polite and pleasant. Everyone at Vertex is great! Ariel is pleasant and always replies promptly! Highly recommend their services!

Robert did a great job today. Very thorough cleaning and spraying. Respectful of dog and gates! Very nice young man. He asked about concerns and addressed each. I hope he does my property next time, also.

We love Vertex! We have been using them since we moved here a few years ago. We never have bugs inside the house. They do a great job at treating our yard. Great customer service! Our tech Jordin was so friendly, explained all they did and made sure I knew to keep my dog inside till the treatment was dry. We would recommend vertex to everyone!

When I called to let them know we might have a mouse problem, they apologized that they couldn't come by until the next day! Next day is great! Melody was more thorough than I expected, and sweet. A great experience.
