I've been using Veteran Pest & Wildlife as our home exterminator for quite a few years now. They proactively schedule my three month appointments. The same trusted technician (Sean) comes every visit to do the work. Billing happens automatically on my credit card. In other words, from start to finish, year after year, I don't have to think about it. It all happens like clockwork. Importantly, since the first visit, our home has been wonderfully free of pests. Big fans of them, and strongly recommend them to everyone reading this.

Super easy to work with. Started with an email, and two days later I had a technician here and entire hive was removed. Jerry was very knowledgeable and did a great job with a large nest of bald faced hornets. I would highly recommend this group.

Very professional staff and amazing service. Veteran Pest & Wildlife Services came out to trap a whole family of skunk under my porch. All of them was removed smoothly and the den was nicely and securely sealed up. Jerry was my technician and he is awesome. He listened and communicated very well with me to adjust the plan/trap as needed to catch the family of 9. Everyone from the office was great and provide excellent customer services, especially Morgan.

Quick & friendly action by a knowledgeable team. Mr Enrique was very respectful & polite & ensured our housing raccoons wouldn't be harmed, but released in West Virginia. He then removed the traps and repaired the damage to the roof. Very pleased with the service, thank you 🐾

The company sent out somebody to do services, the pest inspector didn't have on proper attire nor was professional. The owner is absurdly rude and has hung up on me several times and the receptionist has an nasty phone attitude. They will give you one price over the phone but tell you something completely different in person. Highly do not recommend this company. Morgan the owner needs to do better professionally this matter will be reported to the better business bureau of Virginia.

I have been using Veteran Pest & Wildlife Services for some time. No matter who I spoke with, from the top down, I have had my questions answered in a helpful manner. When I have to change a prescheduled appointment it is never a problem. The technicians always alert me when they are close to arriving. Robbie Morissette has been here recently and like others, has done a good job. Veteran Pest & Wildlife Services is the best.

These guys are always on time & handle any issue we might have very quickly. We love that they're a small business who lives in our community. We've been more than pleased with our service at Veteran Pest and we highly recommend. Great folks!!
